which different memberships are available at discountfit?

our subscriptions always have a duration of 12 months.

is it possible to subscribe for less than 12 months?

our subscriptions always have a duration of 12 months. a subscription with a shorter term is not offered.

how old do i have to be to become a member?

in principle, membership is possible from the age of 18. however, with the consent of a parent or guardian, membership is possible from the age of 16. in this case, a corresponding person must come with you to the center when you sign the contract and must be able to identify themselves as a parent or guardian.
online registration for minors is not possible.

can i train in more than one center with my membership?

yes, with your membership you can train at all current and future locations. the access is unlocked for all members for all locations.

can everyone now train for 39.- at all centers, no matter what original contract you have?

if you want to make the membership of the latest version, we can stop the “old version” and from the new date then start the latest version – the minimum term is then again 1 year.
please just go to the center at the inscription times and sign the new contract version there.

is it possible to switch from the current center to another center (when moving)?

a change of location is no longer necessary. access is activated for all members for all locations.

can i suspend my membership in case of vacation, accident or illness?

no, discountfit cannot grant any (time/money) credits.

how does my entry to discountfit work?

you can access the center via our app “justin mobile”. the access medium is personal and may not be used by other persons. misuse will be subject to a penalty.

can i bring children with me?

no, absolutely no accompanying persons are allowed (not even animals).

are trainers available at the center, or how can i book one?

you can book a personal trainer for chf 49.-, business cards are available in the center. the trainers and their contact details can also be found on our homepage in the section: about us -> personal trainer.

is it possible to do a trial training?

there are no trial trainings at discountfit, but you are welcome to visit the center during registration and consultation hours to decide whether you would like to join us. members are not allowed to give friends access to the center for the purpose of trial training.

i have lost my badge, what next?

you can switch to the app “justin mobile”. this is free of charge! please contact the customer service so that we can send you the instructions by e-mail and activate the access medium on the app.

i have a new smartphone. how can i reactivate the "justin mobile" app?

reinstall the app completely on your new cell phone. afterwards you can contact the customer service so that the access medium can be unlocked again (if you have a new cell phone number, please be sure to provide it).

where can i return the discountfit access badge?

the badge is property of discountfit and should either be returned to the center during consultation hours or sent to the head office. if it is sent, please make sure that it is well taped in the envelope so that it is not torn out by the sorting machine of the post office.

how can i cancel?

cancellation must be made in writing (registered for your own safety), no later than 30 days before the end of the current contract year.
