location, parking spaces, size and traffic connections are the decisive criteria. in addition to the attractiveness of the offer, the condition of the location at heavily frequented urban traffic axes with a dense residential and business environment is decisive for the success of our branches.

areas in swiss cities and agglomeration with a minimum population of 15,000 are sought.

location

the areas sought should be located directly on a busy arterial road.

area size

areas from 300 to 1000 square meters are sought.

property

highly visible and accessible, preferably on the ground floor with display windows. clear room height min 3 m.

rooms with a clear height of at least 3 m are required; the floor should have a load capacity of 300 kg/sqm. columns in the surface areas are not seen as disruptive. load-bearing walls in the surface areas must be checked in each individual case.
due to the opening hours being 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 365 days, separate access to the rental space is required.
